Both the database and the data centre hosting the site are located within the European Union: the data is therefore not transferred to third countries outside the EEA.

The personal data collected is also processed by the Data Controller's staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions given as to the purposes and methods of the processing.

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, where applicable, access to their personal data and its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The relevant request is submitted by contacting the Data Controller at the details given above.

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site infringes the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action before the competent courts (Article 79 of the Regulation).
